Best U Health Expo Returns to South Gate Centre on Saturday, March 14
Woodstock, ON – The Best U Health Expo is back at South Gate Centre on Saturday, March 14 from 11 am to 3 pm, bringing together health professionals, community organizations, and local experts for an informative and engaging afternoon focused on wellness, education, and proactive living.
This annual event connects community members with trusted local resources to support healthy aging, informed decision-making, and overall well-being. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore exhibitor booths, gather information, and attend expert presentations throughout the day.

11:30 am - Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners: Brain Health and Risk Reduction
12:30 pm - Century 21 Heritage House: Getting Ready to Downsize, POA’s, Estates and Trustees
1:45 pm - Oxford Ontario Health Team: Palliative Approach to Care, Understanding Your Illness, Advanced Care Planning
