Class utilizes warm-up, hand held weights for muscle strengthening and endurance of all major muscle groups,cool-down and stretching.

Strictly Cardio

LEVEL 3 Intensity

Mondays 11:15 am -11:55 am in the Hall

Wednesdays 10:15 am - 10:55 am in the Kinsmen Room

Thursdays (Jan 11-Mar 1) 8:55 am - 9:35 am in the Kinsmen Room

Class includes cardio warm-up and cool-down (5 minutes each) and 30 minutes high intensity cardio

Beginner Nordic Walking

LEVEL 2 Intensity

Fridays 10:15 am in Southside Park

A progressive outdoor walking program to teach proper Nordic.  Walking techniques. Participants should attend from the first class to ensure learning of proper techniques.

Bollywood & Bely Dancing


We will dance for fun and go through basic and easy steps so you can enjoy the movement of your hips and your body.
Belly Dance, also referred to as Arabic Dance.  The dance of the belly movements, also known as belly rolls, isolate the abdominal region while the rest of the body remains in perfect posture with percussive and fluid movements combined with Shimmies, Shivers and Vibrations.
Bollywood, is the dance performed in Bollywood movies with catchy music in the form of song and dance numbers typically seen in Broadway musicals and a beautiful blend of all Indian dance styles.
You do not need to be an expert!  Just bring your smile and energy.  Let’s have fun together.  Wear comfortable shoes, although footwear is not necessary and water to stay hydrated.

Chair Yoga

A gentle style of yoga you can do from a seated position that also incorporates the breathing and mind-body benefits of traditional yoga practice. Available for anyone who can sit!

Line Dancing

Class provides opportunity to line dance to a variety of music.

Osteo Moves

LEVEL 1 Intensity

Thursdays 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm in the Kinsmen Room

A safe and effective exercise program designed for participants with Osteoporosis and Osteopenia. Each class incorporates light cardio postural and balance exercises, strength training specifically for areas most affected by osteoporosis (spine, hips, shoulders and wrists). Mat work is optional and modifications for those who do not wish to or are unable to get down on a mat. Also tips to perform tasks of daily living.

Tai Chi Open Practice

LEVEL 1 Intensity

Tuesdays 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm in the Hall

Fridays 10:30 am - 11:30 am in the Hall

Chinese exercise system that uses slow, simple, low impact movements that increase flexibility, balance and range of motion. Note: Open Practice sessions are not instructor led.
