Class includes a series of activities, partially seated, that promote balance, flexibility, strength and mind stimulation.

Join couples who love to dance for a fun evening dancing to great music. Coffee, tea and dessert. Non-members and non-dancerers always welcome.
Osteo Moves
LEVEL 1 Intensity
Thursdays 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm in the Kinsmen Room
A safe and effective exercise program designed for participants with Osteoporosis and Osteopenia. Each class incorporates light cardio postural and balance exercises, strength training specifically for areas most affected by osteoporosis (spine, hips, shoulders and wrists). Mat work is optional and modifications for those who do not wish to or are unable to get down on a mat. Also tips to perform tasks of daily living.
